The Archetype Enters the Room

The October 17, 2026 Founder Fan Club N.A.G.™ session continued the Expression Stack work through environment and behavior. Building on “Archetypes Need Evidence,” the discussion was about how a Founder’s role, purpose, and surrounding pressure influence archetype expression. Proximity Economics™ provided a practical lens for evaluating contribution and access, while participants considered whether repeated behaviors were chosen, habitual, expected, or reactive. The session reinforced the need for observable evidence and deliberate decisions about participation, delivery, and boundaries.

Proximity Economics Press Release

Phyllis Williams-Strawder, the Ghetto Country Brandmother®, releases Proximity Economics: Folx Want Proximity Without Understanding the Cost of Access through Espresso Mischief on October 13, 2026. The book examines how founders exchange expertise, reputation, trust, and professional access, often without understanding the economic value involved. Through five levels of proximity - Borrowed, Open, Paid, Silent, and False - Williams-Strawder challenges conventional networking advice and explores how professional relationships influence founder behavior, pricing, boundaries, and business strategy.

Archetypes Need Evidence

The October 3, 2026 Founder Fan Club N.A.G. session introduced the six-level Expression Stack and began detailed tracing through environment and behavior. Participants examined how adaptation, expectations, and learned responses can complicate archetype selection, and considered what makes their capabilities commercially useful. Discussion also explored unpaid expertise, the gap between proximity and access, and the relationship between capability and chosen work. This Field Note records emerging questions and participant reflections; further tracing and evidence of sustained change remain ahead.

The Archetypes Were Familiar. Their Jobs Were Still in Question.

September’s Founder Fan Club N.A.G.™ sessions were about how Founders assign archetypes to the roles of Anchor, Revenue, and Enforcer; who they A.R.E. when branding. Members talked about recurring language, desires, aversions, boundaries, and responses to pressure before reconsidering their Trinity assignments. The discussions surfaced a distinction between recognizing an archetype and establishing its function, while previewing the Expression Stack and Interference Audit as further tests of provisional choices.

Proximity Economics: Why Executive Networks Quietly Rewrite Founder Strategy

Founders and senior leaders routinely evaluate masterminds, boards, cohorts, and professional networks by status, access, and who else is in the room. Proximity Economics™ argues that they're overlooking a more consequential factor: every professional environment carries an unwritten behavioral curriculum. Over time, those environments can normalize pricing hesitation, boundary degradation, over-contribution, visibility habits, and strategic drift long before the consequences appear in revenue or operations. This essay examines external professional networks as an unmeasured influence on founder strategy and offers a behavior-first way to evaluate what a room rewards, tolerates, and demands.

An Archetype Trinity Needed Jobs, Not Percentages

The July 2026 work turned the emerging Archetype Trinity from three coexisting archetypes into a functional operating structure. By naming Anchor, Revenue, and Enforcer, Brandma’s House separated a Founder’s deeper orientation from commercial legibility and boundary protection. The new language gave Founders a way to determine which archetype should lead without reducing their behavior to percentages or exposing the whole person.

When the 70/30 Archetype Model Stopped Explaining Founder Behavior

This Field Note documents the February 2026 turning point when Brandma’s House began moving beyond the traditional 70/30 archetype mix. Founder-First Fan Club conversations exposed that fixed percentages can describe a brand persona but can't explain how multiple archetypal behaviors rotated through content, leadership, money-making, boundaries, and decision-making. That unresolved problem became the originating thinking behind an Archetype Trinity.

Your Attitude Is Already in Your Brand

"Your Attitude Is Already in Your Brand" examines how a Founder’s internal stance becomes part of the brand long before messaging, visuals, or positioning enter the conversation. Through the states of armor, pressure, and protection, the essay traces how tone, boundaries, reactions, and repeated behavior create the emotional climate people associate with a business.

The central argument is simple: attitude becomes behavior, behavior becomes pattern, and pattern becomes brand perception. Strategic branding therefore requires more than managing what a Founder says. It requires enough self-awareness and regulation to ensure the brand operates from intention rather than reaction.

ATTITUDE: There’s An A.P.P. For That

ATTITUDE: There’s An A.P.P. For That challenges the idea that attitude is a fixed personality trait and reframes it as a behavioral response to what is happening internally and externally.

Through the A.P.P. framework - Armor, Pressure, and Protection - the essay distinguishes between reactions driven by past experiences, depleted capacity, and present-day boundaries or values. For founders, that distinction creates a more useful question than whether an attitude needs correcting: What state of being is producing the behavior, and what does it require?
