Founder Fan Club N.A.G.™ Participation, Recording & IP Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Founder Fan Club N.A.G.™ gives members access to conversations, instruction, exercises, workbooks, recordings, frameworks, and other educational materials developed by Brandma’s House.

Membership provides permission to learn from these materials. It does not transfer ownership of Brandma’s House intellectual property or grant permission to use that intellectual property commercially.

Ownership

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Brandma’s House retains all rights, title, and interest in the materials shared through Founder Fan Club N.A.G.™, including:

Workbooks and worksheets
Presentations and exercises
Session recordings and transcripts
Frameworks, models, diagrams, methods, and processes
Names, terminology, definitions, and teaching sequences
Written, audio, video, and visual content
Updates, adaptations, and derivative materials created by Brandma’s House

Possession of a workbook, recording, or other resource does not constitute ownership of the material or the underlying intellectual property.

Personal Educational Use

Members may:

Download and retain workbooks provided during their membership
Complete exercises for their own business or professional development
Refer to their completed materials after their membership ends
Apply what they learn to decisions within their own business

Membership status does not affect a member’s right to keep materials they properly received while enrolled.

Uses Not Permitted

Without prior written permission from Brandma’s House, members may not:

Copy or distribute workbooks, recordings, transcripts, or other materials
Upload materials to shared drives, membership communities, course platforms, artificial-intelligence systems, or public websites
Sell, sublicense, publish, or give the materials to another person
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices
Adapt the materials into another course, workshop, workbook, assessment, service, or framework
Teach, facilitate, certify, coach, consult, or train others using Brandma’s House materials
Use Brandma’s House terminology or frameworks in a way that suggests authorization, certification, partnership, or endorsement
Use the materials to create competing or substantially similar commercial offerings

Educational access is not a facilitator license, certification, or commercial-use license.

Session Recordings

Founder Fan Club sessions may be recorded and transcribed for program administration, member access when offered, internal archival purposes, and documentation of Brandma’s House intellectual-property development.

By participating, members understand that their name, voice, image, questions, and comments may be captured in those recordings.

Brandma’s House will not use an identifiable member’s personal story, image, voice, testimonial, or session contribution in public marketing or a commercial case study without separate permission.

Brandma’s House may use anonymized or aggregated observations from sessions to improve its teaching, develop its intellectual property, and describe recurring Founder conditions, provided the member and the member’s business are not reasonably identifiable.

Members may not independently record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or share Founder Fan Club sessions.

Member Confidentiality

Members may discuss what they personally learned or decided because of a session. They may not disclose another member’s confidential information, personal experiences, business details, or session contributions outside the Fan Club.

What another member shares in the room belongs to their story. Access to the conversation does not create permission to repeat it.

No Transfer of Commercial Rights

Participation in Founder Fan Club N.A.G.™ does not authorize a member to represent themselves as trained, licensed, approved, or certified by Brandma’s House.

Any future opportunity to facilitate, license, or commercially use Brandma’s House intellectual property will require a separate written agreement.

Violations

Brandma’s House may suspend or terminate access when a member violates this policy. Termination does not eliminate the member’s continuing obligations concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, recordings, or prohibited commercial use.

Brandma’s House reserves all rights and remedies available under its agreements and applicable law.

Acknowledgment

By joining Founder Fan Club N.A.G.™, I confirm that I have read and agree to this Participation, Recording, and Intellectual Property Policy. I understand that my membership gives me personal educational access to Brandma’s House materials—not ownership, certification, facilitation rights, or permission to reproduce or commercially use the intellectual property.
