Brandma's House [the Company] offers brand strategy consulting, coaching and advising in an effort to guide customers on their brand journey. This policy is to ensure that people understand and comply with the HOUSE RULES when signing up for one of our services.

The Purpose of This Policy

This policy is to protect the Company while being fully transparent with its clients and community.

Our business operates under a no refund on cancellation of services policy, whether paid in part or in full, unless otherwise stated.

An administrative charge shall be applied to any and all changes of the original booking(s).

Rescheduling
-
Rescheduling any service that covers more than one day is possible when:

A formal written request is given at least 14 days prior to the start of the service; and
-
No more than two rescheduling attempts are permitted per booking; and
-
It must be reschedule within nine months of the original service.

A formal written request is given at least 14 days prior to the start of the service;

No more than two rescheduling attempts are permitted per booking; and
-
It must be reschedule within nine months of the original service.

Rescheduling Private Sessions is possible when:

Formal​ written notice is given and given at least 48 hours before the start of the session;

No more than two rescheduling attempts are permitted per booking; and
-
It must be reschedule within nine months of the original service.​​

Cancellations​​

Refund Exceptions​

A refund may be permitted on ​any service that covers more than one day if:

​A formal written cancellation request is given at least 21 days prior to the start of the service; and
-
The Company is able to enroll a client from the Company’s waiting list.

If the Company is unable to enroll another client before the start of the course, only a credit will be offered.

A credit may be permitted on ​any service that covers more than one day if:
-
​​A formal written cancellation request is given at least 14-20 days prior to the start of the service.
-

​A cancellation received less than 14 days from the start of the course shall not be entitled to a refund or credit.

If refund is granted, please allow 14 days from date of acknowledged receipt to process refund.

If booking was made through a third party site, this policy takes precedence.

Administrative Fee

All cancellation(s) or rescheduling are subject to a 5% administration charge of the total price of the service.

Where applicable this is in accordance with Central Standard Time (CST/CDT).

Credits

Credits as a result of a cancellation can be used on all services/products, subject to availability. Find details of the available products and services at www.BrandmasHouse.com

Please allow 14 days for the credit to be processed from the date of acknowledgement of receiving your notification.

Credit as a result of a refund will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.

All credit issued as a refund shall be valid for nine months from the date of issue

Access to the community will continue until expiration

Please keep a note of your start date and cancel in time to avoid paying for an additional month.
