Brandma’s House launched the Brand Behavior Bullshit Detox™ Self-Diagnosis, a $350 guided experience combining five private N.A.G.™ video sessions with a diagnostic workbook. Created by Phyllis “Brandma” Williams-Strawder, the resource helps Founders collect behavioral evidence, interpret recurring patterns, identify Brand Behavior Fallout™, and build a 90-day plan for changing what keeps producing the same bullshit.

TEXAS CITY, Texas — Brandma’s House has launched the Brand Behavior Bullshit Detox™ Self-Diagnosis, a self-directed diagnostic experience designed to help Founders examine the behaviors contributing to recurring problems across their audience, messaging, offers, operations, and emotional capacity.
Created by Founder-First Brand Strategist Phyllis “Brandma” Williams-Strawder, the $350 experience combines a guided workbook with five private N.A.G.™ video sessions. Together, they lead Founders from collecting behavioral evidence through interpreting patterns, identifying Brand Behavior Fallout™, examining boundaries and leakage, and building a 90-day plan they can practice in the business.
The Self-Diagnosis was developed for Founders who have changed their messaging, revised their offers, adjusted their content, or questioned their audience—only to find the same underlying problems returning in a different form.
“Founders keep trying to correct brand problems without examining the behavior producing them,” Williams-Strawder said. “They change the words, rearrange the offer, blame the algorithm, or decide they need a new audience. Then the same damn mess shows up again because the Founder’s behavior never changed.”
Moving Beyond the Score
The Brand Behavior Bullshit Detox™ does not treat a score as a diagnosis or turn a recurring pattern into another identity for the Founder to carry.
Participants are guided to gather receipts from the previous 60 to 90 days, distinguish observable behavior from intentions and explanations, and identify the consequences their repeated choices have taught people to expect from the brand.
The five guided sessions address:
Preparing to diagnose one recurring brand problem
Using the Brand Crumbs Tracker™ and Scorecard™ without treating the number as the answer
Interpreting the behavior beneath the visible problem
Examining boundaries, leakage, and Brand Behavior Fallout™
Creating a 90-day plan based on practice instead of temporary motivation
The experience asks Founders to work from evidence rather than memory, feelings, or convenient explanations. By the end, participants can identify what they repeatedly do, what that behavior causes inside the brand, and what their audience, clients, or team have learned to expect because of it.
Self-Diagnosis Without Pretending to Be Objective
The Self-Diagnosis offers a lower-cost entry point into Brandma’s House’s diagnostic work while clearly acknowledging the limitations of examining one’s own behavior.
It doesn't promise the objectivity, interpretation, or direct intervention of a private Brand Behavior Bullshit Detox™ with Brandma. Instead, it gives Founders a structured way to stop guessing, collect usable evidence, and determine whether they can interrupt the pattern independently or need outside perspective.
“Self-awareness is not the same as self-diagnosis,” Williams-Strawder said. “You can know you keep doing some shit and still misunderstand why you do it, what it's costing the brand, or what needs to change. This process makes you bring receipts before you start building explanations.”
The Self-Diagnosis reflects the central philosophy behind Brandma’s House: Behavior before branding.
Because a brand can't consistently communicate, sell, lead, or grow beyond the behavior its Founder is willing and able to practice.
The Brand Behavior Bullshit Detox™ Self-Diagnosis is available for $350 through Brandma’s House.
