Workshops & Programs

October 1, 2025

Intellectual Property, Brand D.R.I.P

Brandma’s House opened its 101 Workshop Series on October 1, 2025, with Brand Behavior Audit, a hands-on session created and facilitated by Phyllis “Brandma” Williams-Strawder. Presented through the League City Regional Chamber of Commerce’s In the Know Series, the workshop used Brand D.R.I.P.™ to help business owners examine the distinction, resonance, identity, and positioning signals influencing how their brands were perceived.

LEAGUE CITY, Texas — Brandma’s House opened its 101 Workshop Series, with Brand Behavior Audit, an interactive workshop designed to help business owners examine the difference between how they wanted to be known and what their brands were actually teaching people to expect.

Created and facilitated by Founder-First Brand Strategist Phyllis “Brandma” Williams-Strawder, the workshop invited participants to look beyond tactics, tips, and surface-level presentation. They examined the intentional and unintentional signals shaping audience perception, customer fit, and the brand’s ability to be recognized for the right things.

Auditing the Behavior Behind the Brand

Brand Behavior Audit used Brand D.R.I.P.™ as the methodology inside the session. Participants looked at four connected areas of the brand: distinction, resonance, identity, and positioning.

The framework helped business owners consider whether their brands were:

  • Clearly distinguished inside their market

  • Resonating with the people they were trying to reach

  • Expressing a consistent identity across touchpoints

  • Positioned to be chosen instead of merely noticed

The session treated perception as something produced through repeated brand behavior—not something a business could correct with cosmetic changes alone.

The Beginning of the 101 Series

Brand Behavior Audit was the first workshop in the fourth-quarter 101 Series, Auditing Brand, Content, and Marketing for Maximum Impact.

The series continued with:

  • Content Checkpoint on November 5, 2025

  • Marketing Map Review on December 3, 2025

Together, the three workshops introduced business owners to the Brand D.R.I.P.™, R.E.A.L.™ Content, and S.I.M.P.L.E.™ Marketing frameworks. Those frameworks would later be developed more deeply through Brandma’s House’s 201 and 301 workshop series.
