You call it being accessible. Your clients call it good service. Your team calls it waiting on you. Those descriptions can all be true, but they don’t tell you if or when the business has accounted for the access everybody expects.

You keep finding a way. You answer between meetings, review the work after dinner, and move the client conversation to an evening. The business has paying clients, capable folx doing the work, and enough activity to deserve your attention. You still call it a side hustle because that describes where you've kept it in your life, even as the expectations attached to it grow.

That’s the part the personal branding advice never if ever touches. Revenue can prove that a business worked. It won't tell you of the Founder can or cannot stand living inside the behavior that produced it.
